Policies and Rules

Deposit
A deposit of $30 per person is required to reserve and confirm your massage appointment when you make your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from your total balance of the selected service that must be paid at the end of the massage to the therapist via Cash App, Vemmo, Zelle... Once the deposit has been secured, your masseuse will send you a text message to contact you directly.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
All reservations must be canceled at least two hours in advance. Cancellations within two hours will result in a charge on the total amount of your reservation. You can cancel your reservation by email or by texting the WhatsApp number, it will be answered immediately. Out of courtesy for our other clients and our team, please take precautions to ensure you don't arrive more than 10 minutes late. Our team works on a tight schedule with confirmed appointment times.
Late Arrival Policy
All service sessions have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that late arrivals may not be able to be properly accomodated. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
Massages in Hotel and Houses
Take into account the distance our masseuse must travel when booking an appointment. If you are in Hollywood, Aventura, or Fort Lauderdale there will be an additional Travel Fee. Take into account whether the the therapist must pay for parking when booking your appointment.
