Kinesiotape

We often see runners training and competing with colored adhesive strips on their legs, shoulders, or arms. These are kinesiology tapes, a neuromuscular bandage that is used to relieve muscle pain or improve a certain injury.; 3 days are enough for the body to adjust and get used to the kinesiotape and there is no more physiological effect.

The benefits of using kinesiology tape are very varied. Among the most important are the following:
Decrease in pain.
Better blood circulation.
Deflammation.
Increased or decreased muscle tone.

Something very important is that you do not leave the tape stuck to your skin for more than 5 days, as it could cause an allergy or unfavorable reaction on your skin due to the fact that it can accumulate dirt. So I recommend you remove the tape on the fifth day and if necessary put a new bandage.
